Atty. Med. Hande Dirik graduated from İstanbul University Law Faculty in 2012 with honors student status. She completed her postgraduate education at Europa Universität Viadrina (Frankfurt Oder, Germany) in 2017 and holds a diploma in International Human Rights and Humanitarian Law. In 2025, she was awarded an LL.M. degree from Istanbul University Institute of Social Sciences Public Law Master’s Program as a result of the unanimous acceptance of her master’s thesis titled “Legal Regime of Olive Groves from Administrative Law Perspective.” She is the author of the book titled “The Protection Regime for Olive Grove Areas in Light of Administrative Court Decisions,” published by Adalet Publishing House in 2025. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in the Department of Urban and Regional Planning at Istanbul Technical University.

She has been a licensed attorney with the Istanbul Bar Association since 2014. During her career, she gained work experience as legal counsel at various Turkish companies, including Demir Finansal Kiralama A.Ş. She mainly works in the fields of real estate law, rental law, administrative law and criminal law. She established Hande Dirik Law Firm in 2020.
Hande Dirik, who is also a mediator registered in the official list of the Ministry of Justice, provides a wide range of legal services in the fields of litigation, legal counseling, and mediation.

She is proficient in English and has a basic knowledge of German.
